New client appointments are 75 minutes and include a 15 minute consolation. During the consultation we will review paperwork, determine goals, and set expectations for your session. For therapeutic massage clients recommendation for frequency of appointments will be made at the end of you session.

A 90 min Hot stone treatment to encourage deep relaxation of the body’s muscles and soft tissues. Hot stone massage can alleviate pain, improve circulation, and is believed to rid the body of toxins.
